Root Industries offers free standard shipping within the continental United States on all orders over $100 (lower 48 states).

For orders under $100 we have a flat-rate delivery fee of $15 for standard shipping.

To Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii
All orders to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii receive free shipping on all orders over $200.

All orders are dispatched from our North American warehouse located in Cincinnati, Ohio using common shipping services (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We aim to dispatch all orders the next business day after you place your order.

Standard delivery takes approximately 4 to 7 business days across most of North America. Some regional areas may incur longer delivery times.

Most deliveries to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii take between 6 and 12 business days. Due to customs clearance timeframes, however, some orders may incur a longer delivery time then expected.

All orders are dispatched via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and are fully trackable.

You will receive a tracking number directly from our system as well as via the selected shipping service if your email is registered.
