If you wish to return a product you have purchased from us, for whatever reason, simply fill out the returns form below.

We accept returns on unused products up to 30-days after receipt. A full refund of the cost of the product will be issued to you upon the return of the product. We will not refund initial delivery fees or compensate for the returned delivery costs.

We will not issue a return or exchange unless the product/s are in a saleable condition upon return. All returned products must be:

a) unused, in original condition with its original packaging;
b) undamaged, and
c) received by us within 30-days of original delivery to you. 

When you return goods for any reason, please keep appropriate proof of despatch. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item. It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability).

Once we receive the item returned by you, or otherwise agree that the item is defective or faulty, we will happily refund the original product price and delivery fee, via the original method of payment.
